Grappling school in the south of Tenerife

Since we opened our doors in southern Tenerife, our school has become a meeting point for those who want to train grappling/nogi jiujitsu seriously, regardless of whether they are just starting out or already have experience.

 

Classes are designed to teach you clearly, effectively, and with attention to detail. We aim to help you progress, gain confidence, and get in shape, but above all, to help you understand what you're doing on the mat and why you're doing it.
