The school
Since we opened our doors in southern Tenerife, our school has become a meeting point for those who want to train grappling/nogi jiujitsu seriously, regardless of whether they are just starting out or already have experience.
Classes are designed to teach you clearly, effectively, and with attention to detail. We aim to help you progress, gain confidence, and get in shape, but above all, to help you understand what you're doing on the mat and why you're doing it.
There are no secrets. Just well-planned training, a friendly atmosphere, and a group of people committed to improving every day.

Where to find us
We're located in Adeje, right across from the health center and the post office. If you're coming from the highway, make sure to use exit 79A to avoid going all the way around the town.
There is public parking throughout the area!
