Grappling school in the south of Tenerife

Us

We are a grappling club in Adeje, Tenerife, right in front of the post office, with public parking available in front of the gym.

We are open from Monday to Friday and we have an open mat on Saturdays (open to all affiliations) - we have no gi jiujitsu classes for all levels.

Our training focuses on controlling and finishing the opponent using srangles and joint locks, mixing different disciplines such as Brazilian jiujitsu and Olympic wrestling.

Memberships

We have different memberships to cover your needs.

All of our classes are 90 minutes and you can choose between unlimited monthly access or two classes per week. We also have passes for individual classes.
