Return & Refund Policy
At CVLTS, we keep things simple and fair. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and not worn

Items may be tried on, but not used for training

Original tags must still be attached

Items showing signs of wear, training use, or washing will not be accepted
Once your return request is approved, items must be sent back following the instructions provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been worn for training
-
Items without original tags
-
Items returned outside the 7-day window
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CVLTS is not responsible for lost return packages
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or error
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Area
At this time, CVLTS ships only within the Canary Islands.
